Job Description
Manager, People Development role focusing on professional development in MedTech sector at Johnson & Johnson. Collaborating remotely with teams to enhance skill proficiency across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- executing the professional development strategy across the country
- collaborating with various partners and teams within the US organization to create and deliver relevant professional development programs
- partnering with the Director, US Sales Development, the Sales Enablement Team, the US FSO Senior Leadership Team, and Commercial Education to align on gaps
- promoting best practices and ensuring program consistency across all priority regions
- facilitating training and Train the Trainer (TTT) activities for all content created
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience
- 3 years of MedTech or related field experience
- Proven ability to understand development needs and translate into solutions that support the company’s development needs and gaps
- Proven leadership ability to effectively engage and collaborate with a team of professionals, including personnel who may be working anywhere within the US JJMT EP organization
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to handle a broad list of assets across multiple functions
- Proven ability to effectively communicate strategy and standards across multiple recipients, including various functions and US associates
- Demonstrated strong communication skills
