Job Description
HR Analyst responsible for executing all areas of Human Resources at Silhouette Experts. Leading talent attraction, onboarding, development, and internal communication in a fully remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Structure, lead, and execute all areas of the Human Resources function
- Manage activities from talent attraction to organizational climate and team development
- Recruitment and selection of strategic professionals across various departments
- Onboarding and integration of new hires
- Performance management and support for career development paths
- Internal communication and strengthening company culture
- Organization of internal training programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, People Management, or related fields
- Additional knowledge in Organizational Development, employee engagement (climate management), internal marketing (endomarketing), or Internal Communication is a plus
- Autonomy, proactivity, and the ability to work remotely with consistency
