Job Description
HR professional supporting global business strategies at knoell, a leading regulatory services provider. Collaborating with leaders to execute HR strategies and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, influencing key business decisions.
- Advocate and co-own all Global People and Culture programs and initiatives for knoell, including communicating the business value of HR initiatives and managing/enhancing employee lifecycle processes.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to leaders, including coaching, counselling, pay management, career development, and disciplinary actions; work with business leaders to address significant people and cultural issues.
- Be accountable for the company’s and people’s growth, support recruiting efforts for respective client groups, and, where appropriate, support the internal recruiting organization.
- Identify and manage risks related to people topics, advising on long-term mitigation measures.
- Provide expertise in technical and regulatory aspects of employment, including hiring, termination, performance management, and rewards; partner with the legal department or external legal counsel as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of HR Generalist / HR Business Partner experience.
- Working knowledge of multiple (global) HR disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational design, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), performance management, leadership development, recruiting, and applicable employment laws.
- Strong business acumen.
- Proven track record in managing organizational changes and integrations, preferably at an international level.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in an international, matrix organization.
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply relevant laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and internal policies.
- Ability to gain a thorough understanding of the organization’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and related administrative procedures.
- Excellent English language skills are required; fluency in another European language is a plus.
