Job Description
Managing Consultant in IT Operations at independent IT management and security consulting firm. Advising clients at management and C-level on performance and future viability of IT.
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients at management and C-level to improve IT performance and ensure future viability.
- Analyze and assess the IT organization (including IT infrastructure, operations, and IT Service Management) to identify strengths and weaknesses.
- Optimize processes and define clear responsibilities to ensure effective and efficient delivery of IT operations.
- Provide functional leadership to consultants and support their professional development.
Requirements:
- University degree and at least five years of relevant project and consulting experience in IT operations or ITSM, ideally with experience in a leadership role.
- Solid understanding of ITIL and other relevant frameworks, combined with experience in managing complex IT organizations.
- Strong strategic thinking, coupled with the ability to analyze complex relationships and derive practical, actionable recommendations.
- High degree of personal responsibility, a structured working style, and excellent presentation and communication skills (business-fluent German).
