Job Description
Operations Coordinator supporting Digital Systems team with project management and customer engagement. Managing team communications, records, and facilitating operations across various departments.
Responsibilities:
- Interface daily with internal departments, external customers, and key vendors
- Manage team inbox and work queues
- Handle daily administrative tasks and customer inquiries
- Assist with expense reports
- Maintain accurate records within D365 CRM
- Engage with partners to document customer product configurations
- Manage complex pre-sales quote workflows
- Facilitate seamless handoffs and clear updates across teams
- Design and maintain tracking tools, checklists, and status reports
- Take ownership of routine workflows and problem-solving across departments
