Job Description
Managing Director scaling DPO-ONE, a global privacy-compliance SaaS company. Driving sales, product development, international expansion, and co-ownership through management buy-in.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an ambitious global growth strategy for DPO-ONE
- Translate the company’s vision into sustainable commercial growth
- Lead market entry, customer acquisition, and existing customer relationship development
- Provide direction to sales and marketing teams
- Drive commercial performance and create scalable routes to market
- Lead product innovation and collaborate with the development team to improve the SaaS solution
- Expand DPO-ONE internationally and develop partnerships across markets and sectors
- Build organizational and commercial foundations for the transition from startup to scale-up
- Manage budgets and achieve agreed business goals
- Own company-level performance and sustainable growth
- Lead DPO-ONE through its next growth phase as a co-owner through the Management Buy-In opportunity
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience successfully leading companies through a scale-up journey
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and developing profitable products
- Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to take calculated risks and embrace innovation
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Dutch and Portuguese are considered advantages
- Affinity with privacy legislation and compliance is a plus
