Job Description
Managing Director scaling DPO-ONE, a global privacy-compliance SaaS company, from startup to scale-up. Driving international sales, product development, and co-owner value creation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead DPO-ONE through its next phase of growth
- Take overall responsibility for the SaaS company and transition it from startup to scale-up
- Develop and implement a global growth strategy for a privacy compliance solution
- Translate the company vision into sustainable commercial growth
- Lead market expansion, customer acquisition, and existing customer relationship development
- Direct sales and marketing teams and create scalable routes to market
- Drive product innovation and collaborate with the development team
- Expand internationally and develop partnerships across markets and sectors
- Build organizational and commercial foundations for scale-up growth
- Manage budgets and company-level performance
- Achieve agreed business goals and sustainable growth
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience successfully leading companies through a scale-up journey
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and developing profitable products
- Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to take calculated risks and embrace innovation
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Dutch and Portuguese are considered advantages
- Affinity with privacy legislation and compliance is a plus
- Willingness to make the Management Buy-In investment to become a co-owner
