Job Description
Managing Director scaling DPO-ONE’s global SaaS privacy-compliance platform. Driving international sales, product development, and co-owner value creation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an ambitious growth strategy to position DPO-ONE globally as a leading privacy compliance solution
- Translate the company’s vision into sustainable commercial growth
- Lead market entry, customer acquisition, and existing customer relationship development
- Provide direction to sales and marketing teams
- Drive commercial performance and create scalable routes to market
- Lead innovation and work with the development team to improve and adapt the SaaS solution to global market needs
- Expand DPO-ONE internationally and develop partnerships across markets and sectors
- Build organizational and commercial foundations for the transition from startup to scale-up
- Ensure effective budget management and achievement of agreed business goals
- Own company-level performance and sustainable growth
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience successfully leading companies through a scale-up journey
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and developing profitable products
- Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to take calculated risks and embrace innovation
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Dutch and Portuguese are considered advantages
- Affinity with privacy legislation and compliance is a plus
- Willingness and ability to make a Management Buy-In investment of €40,000–€80,000, with final investment and ownership structure to be discussed with current co-owners
