Job Description

Manual QA Engineer ensuring quality and reliability of products in iGaming platform at SOFTSWISS. Collaborating closely with development teams and applying industry-standard QA practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze feature requirements and proactively participate in planning sessions;
  • Prepare test documentation (test cases, checklists, test plans);
  • Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications (Android/iOS), and PWAs;
  • Actively participate in feature acceptance processes before releases;
  • Maintain and update the test base in TestRail;
  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies (daily, grooming, retro, planning);
  • Communicate with developers, designers, and the PO regarding identified issues;
  • Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and internal standards;

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Solid experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Xray, Zephyr)
  • Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Knowledge of browser dev tools, network analysis, and debugging techniques
  • Proficiency in defect tracking systems (e.g., Jira)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., gambling, banking, health tech)
  • Strong ownership mindset and proactive approach to quality
  • Experience in testing mobile applications (iOS and Android)
  • Good spoken and written English communication skills (B2+ or higher)
  • Russian – native-level proficiency.
