Job Description

Market Manager growing Elavon’s payment-solutions business across the Fresno area. Building client relationships, presenting consultative solutions, and driving territory sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow profitable business relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identify opportunities by leveraging knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services
  • Deliver consultative sales presentations to prospective and current clients
  • Demonstrate how the organization's payment solutions can meet clients' business needs
  • Establish and maintain a strong referral network
  • Maintain a proactive calling program to drive sales growth and deepen client relationships
  • Manage a designated territory within the Fresno, California region

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Two to three years of relevant sales experience
  • Ability to travel
  • Basic knowledge of product marketing, client service issues and organization operations
  • Strong marketing, business development/sales and negotiating skills
  • Ability to creatively resolve client concerns and issues
  • Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Must reside in Fresno, CA
  • Must comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
