Job Description

Marketing Manager overseeing event operations for product demonstrations across assigned markets. Recruiting, training, and ensuring event execution for quality performance and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead product demonstration and event operations across assigned markets.
  • Implement event processes, ensuring service quality, and providing consistent leadership to retail supervisors.
  • Recruit, train, plan, coach, and oversee event execution to deliver strong performance and compliance.

Requirements:

  • At least three + years of experience in retail, restaurant, food industry, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • The ideal candidate can manage multiple priorities at once and has strong organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Any required national, state, or local food safety certifications must be maintained.
  • Strong English communication skills are required. Bilingual ability may be needed based on business needs.
