Job Description
Market Manager leading product demonstration and event operations across various markets. Ensuring service quality and consistent leadership to retail supervisors while managing event execution and team recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Leads product demonstration and event operations across assigned markets.
- Responsible for implementing event processes and ensuring service quality.
- Provides consistent leadership to retail supervisors.
- Recruits, trains, coaches, and oversees event execution to deliver strong performance and compliance.
Requirements:
- At least three + years of experience in retail, restaurant, food industry, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Any required national, state, or local food safety certifications must be maintained.
- Strong English communication skills are required. Bilingual ability may be needed based on business needs.
