Job Description

Marketing Manager leading events and product demonstrations. Focus on recruiting, training, and ensuring service quality in retail environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads product demonstration and event operations across assigned markets.
  • Responsible for implementing event processes and ensuring service quality.
  • Provides consistent leadership to retail supervisors.
  • Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, planning, coaching, and overseeing event execution.

Requirements:

  • At least three + years of experience in retail, restaurant, food industry, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • The ideal candidate can manage multiple priorities at once and has strong organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Any required national, state, or local food safety certifications must be maintained.
  • Strong English communication skills are required.
  • Bilingual ability may be needed based on business needs.
