Job Description

Marketing and Communications Manager at Gartner leveraging digital channels for employee engagement and brand influence. Crafting high-impact communications and supporting client-facing content needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Ignite employee engagement and elevate brand influence by crafting innovative, high-impact communications across digital channels, presentations, and multimedia.
  • Leverage cutting-edge technology, creative storytelling, and out-of-the-box thinking to drive awareness, collaboration, and business growth.
  • Drive employee awareness, engagement, and brand consistency by planning, creating, and delivering high-impact internal marketing and communications across multiple mediums (email, intranet, video).
  • Support client-facing content needs by developing presentations and conference outreach materials to extend brand influence externally.
  • Develop and execute quarterly internal marketing communication plans aligned with business priorities and in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Create compelling, audience-specific content for email, intranet, and conferences using plain language, storytelling, and multimedia (video, motion graphics).
  • Manage intranet content architecture, homepage features, and navigation to ensure content is current, searchable, and user-centered.
  • Create and refine pitch decks, client presentations, case study materials, thought leadership visuals, and conference outreach collateral.
  • Increase readership and intranet engagement, resulting in improved understanding and awareness of services.
  • Contribute to an increased number of client projects through effective communication strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in internal marketing, communications, and brand engagement across digital and multimedia channels
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field required; postgraduate or professional certifications (CIPR, CIM, Content Design, UX writing) are a plus.
  • Ability to create innovative marketing collateral to engage internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Proficient in the latest technologies, including AI tools, to support innovation and role effectiveness.
  • Skilled in Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), advanced PowerPoint visual storytelling, Word, and intermediate Excel analytics.
  • Experienced with design and video tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva or Figma, and accessibility tooling.
  • AI fluency, including Microsoft Copilot, prompt engineering fundamentals, ethical AI usage, and generative image/video tools.
  • Strong creative storytelling skills, translating complex topics into simple, engaging narratives with excellent editorial judgment.
  • Demonstrates out-of-the-box thinking by conceptualizing fresh content formats (micro-videos, interactive content, live Q&A, data visualizations).
