Job Description

Supervisor Scheduling/Telecommunications managing the Master Schedules for Neurology department. Handling incoming calls and managing scheduling protocols in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls to departments centralized appointment scheduling lines
  • Communicate changes to physician master schedules
  • Update scheduling protocol and manual as needed
  • Monitor ACD reports daily
  • Manage staffing, personnel issues, reporting and planning
  • Assist with front desk duties in clinical practice as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in Computerized Appointment Scheduling
  • 1 year of managerial experience
  • Communication skills
  • IDX knowledge
