Job Description
Supervisor Scheduling/Telecommunications managing the Master Schedules for Neurology department. Handling incoming calls and managing scheduling protocols in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls to departments centralized appointment scheduling lines
- Communicate changes to physician master schedules
- Update scheduling protocol and manual as needed
- Monitor ACD reports daily
- Manage staffing, personnel issues, reporting and planning
- Assist with front desk duties in clinical practice as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in Computerized Appointment Scheduling
- 1 year of managerial experience
- Communication skills
- IDX knowledge
- Interpersonal Communication
