Job Description
Marketing Associate creating engaging communications and content for B2B insurance marketing. Collaborating with teams to coordinate events, manage social media, and develop marketing materials.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development/editing of marketing materials and collateral including white papers, Quick Reference Guides, and presentations.
- Ensuring brand guidelines are met.
- Organize and coordinate marketing promo items and events such as conferences, webinars, trade shows.
- Build and execute social media strategy and campaigns.
- Respond to and monitor marketing queries via phone, email, or social media.
- Assist in drafting responses to Google Business Reviews and BBB complaints.
- Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums (social media, website, email, blog posts, etc.).
- Provide miscellaneous administrative and project support to the marketing and sales team.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, with prior experience in a B2B organization.
- Insurance industry marketing a plus.
- Excellent creative writing and proofreading skills are a must.
- Skilled in writing and editing content, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to travel throughout the year for conferences/events.
- Bachelors’ degree in Marketing or equivalent experience required.
- Must be proficient with MS Office and other internal insurance related programs, systems or applications.
- Ability to communicate effectively using programs such as Slack & MS Teams.
- Comfortable sharing screens and video chatting.
- Intermediate level of experience with Graphic Design Software (Visme, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Previous experience with HubSpot a plus.
