Job Description
Marketing automation specialist building GoHighLevel workflows, dashboards, integrations, and funnels. Supporting an Australian franchise-growth consultancy with scalable systems across multiple brands.
Responsibilities:
- Build, optimize, and maintain workflows and automations within GoHighLevel
- Design and maintain client-facing and internal reporting dashboards for multiple brands
- Create and maintain HTML email templates within GoHighLevel
- Set up and manage integrations, including Meta Lead Ads, LeadConnector, Zapier, Make, and other connected platforms
- Build and support landing pages and funnels for campaign launches
- Analyse existing workflows, identify process improvements, and recommend practical automation solutions
- Troubleshoot automation issues and continuously improve platform performance
- Document workflows, automation logic, and system processes clearly
- Transform campaign ideas into working automations, dashboards, integrations, and landing pages across a portfolio of brands
- Work directly with the business owner and own the design of scalable, efficient solutions that improve business processes
- Deliver agreed outcomes within project timelines
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel or comparable marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or Keap
- Strong understanding of automation logic, including triggers, conditions, branching, tagging, and pipeline management
- Proven experience building and maintaining integrations using native connectors, Zapier, Make, webhooks, or similar tools
- Working knowledge of HTML for email template creation and editing
- Ability to analyse business processes and recommend practical no-code or low-code automation solutions
- Strong written English with the ability to communicate clearly and document workflows effectively
- Experience supporting multiple brands, clients, or agency environments is highly desirable
- Ability to demonstrate a workflow built end-to-end, including triggers, automation logic, integrations, and handling edge cases
- Must disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work
- Must reflect this engagement on LinkedIn as an independent contractor
