Job Description

Marketing Operations Lead building HubSpot automation, campaigns, and reporting for Guidant Power, an electrical safety and engineering services company. Connecting marketing activity to pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of Guidant's marketing activities
  • Establish priorities, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and performance expectations for internal and external resources
  • Align marketing activities with company growth objectives, service-line priorities, and sales needs
  • Lead implementation and rollout of HubSpot as the marketing automation platform
  • Build processes to capture, enrich, score, nurture, and route leads
  • Define lead, sales-accepted lead, and NetSuite opportunity workflows
  • Create and manage automations, sequences, landing pages, forms, campaigns, segmentation, reporting, and integrations
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and usable marketing data
  • Develop and manage the marketing plan, campaign calendar, priorities, and budget
  • Create and improve email, SEO, paid advertising, event, webinar, and account-based marketing campaigns
  • Build dashboards connecting marketing activity and investment to leads, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue
  • Manage integrations among marketing automation, NetSuite, the website, and outside data sources
  • Lead newly acquired companies' integration into Guidant's marketing strategy, systems, data, processes, and brand
  • Coordinate outside agencies, vendors, contractors, and specialists
  • Provide consistent reporting and support measurable pipeline growth

Requirements:

  • Five or more years of experience in B2B marketing operations, revenue operations, or demand generation
  • Two or more years of experience independently owning a marketing operations function or marketing automation platform
  • Hands-on experience administering HubSpot
  • Experience with HubSpot automations, sequences, landing pages, campaigns, reporting, and integrations
  • Experience managing lead processes from initial capture through closed won
  • Experience coordinating agencies, vendors, contractors, budgets, and competing priorities
  • Strong business judgment connecting marketing decisions to customer needs, sales effectiveness, pipeline, and revenue
  • Ability to move between high-level planning and hands-on execution
  • Experience in B2B services, industrial markets, engineering, electrical services, or multi-site enterprise sales would be helpful
  • Self-directed, practical, feedback-oriented approach
  • Ability to manage multiple resources and bring structure to ambiguity
  • Ability to build repeatable processes and improve existing systems
