Job Description

Marketing Coordinator at Cybrid helping to build and scale marketing functions in a fintech startup. Focused on campaigns, reporting, content, and events.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage lead lists, contact and company databases, and audience segments.
  • Support ongoing website updates (Webflow) and content preparation and publishing.
  • Help maintain HubSpot and Excel/Sheets reports.
  • Assist with email campaigns, social scheduling, and basic content operations.
  • Help coordinate events and asset production.
  • Conduct market research on competitors, audience segments, and industry trends.
  • Assist with maintaining marketing processes, documentation, and project management tasks.
  • Support general administrative tasks across the marketing/sales function.

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented and organized — able to manage multiple tasks and keep clean documentation.
  • Tech-savvy — comfortable using tools like HubSpot, Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, Webflow, Notion, Canva, etc.
  • Data-driven mindset — comfortable working with spreadsheets, metrics, and simple reporting.
  • Proactive and resourceful — takes initiative and figures things out independently when needed.
  • Collaborative attitude — good communicator and team player.
  • Curious and eager to learn — motivated to grow across all areas of marketing.
  • Reliable and accountable — follows through consistently with minimal oversight.
