Job Description

Marketing Manager seeking to shape brand and marketing initiatives for a Salesforce Crest Partner. Building customer stories and managing marketing content across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and evolve the company’s brand identity, narrative, and value propositions across priority industries and service lines
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all internal and external touchpoints
  • Build and manage a customer storytelling program, including case studies, testimonials, and video stories
  • Develop thought leadership content that positions the company as an expert in Salesforce, technology consulting, sustainability, and industry transformation
  • Work with Salesforce and other ecosystem partners to co-market solutions, secure press and promotional opportunities
  • Produce high-quality content including blogs, whitepapers, industry insights, social media posts, newsletters
  • Plan, manage, and execute events, webinars, and virtual/in-person experiences
  • Work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Leadership to ensure marketing is aligned with business priorities

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in technology, SaaS, consulting, or professional services
  • Proven experience establishing a marketing in a fast-growing organisation
  • Strong capability across brand, content development, digital channels, and event/webinar management
  • Excellent writing and storytelling abilities, with a portfolio of content demonstrating high quality and versatility
  • Confidence working directly with senior stakeholders and partners
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Google Analytics)
