Job Description
Marketing Operations Lead at XBOW managing the systems for growth and marketing automation in cybersecurity. Bridging top-of-funnel growth and bottom-of-funnel conversion efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the systems that attract, identify, and convert valuable accounts
- Own the administration of Customer.io and secondary MAPs
- Lead the implementation and management of ABM platforms
- Manage web-to-meeting tooling and website agents
- Oversee the administration of SEO tooling
- Partner with web teams for consistent tracking and SEO metadata
- Maintain Lead and Account Scoring models
- Manage complex Lead Routing in Salesforce
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a technical marketing or revenue operations role
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC)
- Extensive experience with Customer.io or other major Marketing Automation Platforms
- Proven experience configuring and pulling insights from GA4
- Hands-on experience with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, or RollWorks)
- Familiarity with SEO tooling (Semrush, Ahrefs, or Moz)
- Experience with MadKudu, ZoomInfo, Gong.io, or SampLead
- Experience with RevenueHero or Qualified
- Experience with Slack, Notion, Miro, Figma
