Job Description

Marketing Operations Manager executing campaigns and automation at Marigold. Focusing on end-to-end campaign execution using HubSpot for B2B marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end campaign execution and automation in HubSpot
  • Build and manage marketing automation and funnel operations
  • Oversee event and third-party lead operations
  • Lead landing page and form strategy
  • Deliver influence, attribution, and performance reporting
  • Analyze funnel performance, conversion rates, and velocity
  • Own data hygiene, governance, and compliance
  • Partner closely with RevOps to ensure HubSpot–CRM integration health

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience executing B2B marketing campaigns
  • Strong working experience in HubSpot Marketing Hub
  • Experience supporting paid marketing campaigns through landing page creation, form setup, tracking, analysis, and post-campaign optimization
  • Experience uploading, managing, and normalizing event and third-party lead lists
  • Proven experience building nurture and follow-up programs
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in influence and attribution reporting
  • Experience partnering with RevOps or Sales Ops teams is a plus
  • HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Inbound) preferred or strongly valued
