Job Description
Marketing operations manager owning HubSpot, Salesforce, and PartnerStack systems for ChowNow’s restaurant technology platform. Improving lead routing, attribution, campaigns, and partner-sourced pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Own top-of-funnel lead routing, assignment, scoring, enrichment, and lifecycle management in HubSpot
- Partner with Business Systems on LeanData configuration
- Establish rules of engagement and maintain accurate attribution logic
- Implement automations and workflows across the lead-to-customer lifecycle
- Identify and fix funnel inefficiencies, including MQL/PQL-to-SQL handoff rules and SLAs
- Partner with GTM Analytics and Business Systems on Salesforce data needs and score integration
- Improve lead management and nurture across marketing, partnerships, and rep-generated channels
- Deliver ad-hoc reporting for Marketing and Partnerships
- Forecast and project pipeline contribution by channel
- Build, launch, and verify marketing workflows and campaigns
- Manage HubSpot and Salesforce infrastructure, integrations, and field mapping
- Standardize campaign management and reporting in Salesforce
- Partner with Marketing to execute, measure, and scale multichannel campaigns
- Build, launch, and verify partnership workflows and campaigns
- Own PartnerStack and Salesforce partner infrastructure and integrations
- Analyze partner lead quality and conversion and support incentive experiments
- Monitor partner discount usage and flag misuse
- Report to the Head of Revenue Operations; no direct reports
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a similar systems-focused role
- Hands-on HubSpot administration experience
- Background in B2B SaaS
- Experience owning a HubSpot instance end to end
- Depth in lead-to-cash mechanics, including routing, scoring, enrichment, campaign tracking, conversion, and attribution
- Ability to identify problems and implement system changes independently
- Salesforce fluency sufficient to connect HubSpot and Salesforce seamlessly
- PartnerStack experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity with minimal direction
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, scrappy environment
- High attention to detail regarding data hygiene, access/permissions, and workflow configuration
- Strong cross-functional communication with Marketing and Partnerships stakeholders
