Job Description
Social Media & Content Creation Specialist managing engaging content for Facebook pages at Advantage HQ. Focusing on audience growth and interaction through consistent activity and performance monitoring.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Facebook pages and ensure consistent daily activity and posting.
- Create and publish engaging content including images, and text posts tailored to the page category.
- Respond promptly and professionally to comments and messages while maintaining positive interactions with followers.
- Monitor engagement metrics including likes, shares, comments, reach, and follower growth.
- Identify high-performing content and replicate successful formats to improve engagement.
- Prepare and submit regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and identify opportunities for content growth.
- Ensure pages follow Facebook policies and maintain proper structure, branding, and organization.
Requirements:
- Familiar with social media management or content creation, or currently studying marketing or communications.
- Basic understanding of Facebook and social media trends.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to identify engaging content ideas and adapt content for different audiences.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, social media tools, and online platforms for scheduling and reporting.
- Genuine interest in social media, digital content, and audience engagement.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities.
