Job Description

Amazon Marketplace Support Virtual Assistant assisting e-commerce clients with tasks on Amazon Seller Central. Providing support in listing creation, research, and ongoing administrative tasks remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Amazon Seller Central account setup and organization
  • Help maintain account information and marketplace settings
  • Support listing creation and product uploads
  • Monitor account notifications and basic account health metrics
  • Conduct product and category research
  • Gather supplier information and requirements
  • Maintain organized sourcing records and research findings
  • Assist with ongoing e-commerce administrative tasks
  • Monitor listings and product information
  • Support customer service workflows when needed

Requirements:

  • Prior experience using Amazon Seller Central
  • Familiarity with Amazon listing creation and management
  • Experience conducting online research
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience supporting e-commerce businesses preferred
