Job Description

Sales Manager focusing on customer acquisition and relationship building for Callwey GmbH's architectural and design publishing. Engaging with potential clients and collaborating with team members in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for customer acquisition and independently identify potential clients and submitters (planners and manufacturers) as well as cooperation partners for our book and award projects, contacting them by phone or in person.
  • You persuade potential clients to collaborate and discuss terms and services, build customer relationships strategically, or manage existing clients.
  • You work closely and cooperatively with colleagues in the Awards and Editorial departments.
  • Contacts in the fields of interior architecture/architecture, lifestyle/design, crafts, and industry are desirable.
  • You prepare customer analyses and potential lists.

  • You have solid sales experience and can demonstrate success in sales and in acquiring new business partners.
  • You present yourself confidently and professionally and possess goal-oriented sales competence.
  • You are a strong communicator and can adapt to different personalities.
  • You want to directly shape your success, both in terms of content and compensation.
  • You have an independent, structured, and performance-oriented way of working.
  • You are characterized by a strong service orientation, initiative, and reliability.
  • You have good Excel skills; user-level knowledge of Salesforce is desirable.
