Job Description
Intern creating content and resources for future Medical Assistants as part of Springboard's healthcare training programs. Focused on strategic research and multimedia storytelling.
Responsibilities:
- Investigating certification pathways, state-by-state regulations, and the evolving challenges of the medical assistant profession.
- Drafting authoritative articles, "Day in the Life" guides, and career roadmaps for aspiring allied health workers.
- Scripting and recording short-form video content that highlights the daily realities, skills, and rewards of working in a clinical setting.
- Identifying "pain points" for students and developing checklists or study guides to help them succeed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a mandatory background check.
