Job Description
Medical Representative promoting established pharmaceutical products through hospital visits and physician presentations across China. Managing territories, product plans, budgets, and sales performance.
Responsibilities:
- 日常拜访：每周应该保证 4.5 天的正常拜访时间，每天面对面有效拜访人数不少于 12 人，保证对 A、B 级客户的正确覆盖率和拜访频率
- VIP 拜访：每月至少一次拜访固定区域内重要医院的主管院长、药剂科主任、药事委员会成员及重要学科带头人，以获得支持
- 产品介绍会：每周至少召开一次产品介绍会，扩大医生对产品的了解
- 绩效发展：按公司指标规划负责区域，每周跟踪进度以完成目标
- 区域管理：规划负责区域内医院，定期更新客户科室信息，拓展区域业务
- 财务管理：根据预算和市场情况申请市场活动费用，经批准后支出，并在费用发生3周内提交DM
- 产品管理：依据市场部产品策略制定产品及重点产品发展计划，尤其是新产品发展
- 产品知识：参加每周产品知识讲解和定期考试，考试成绩作为绩效评估依据
- 业务技巧：在实地有效运用业务技巧，提高拜访效率
- 日常工作时间：每天保证在区域内进行8小时有效拜访；在早8:00至晚22:00期间保持手机开机，确保公司及客户能够联系
- 报表管理
Requirements:
- 2年及以上医药行业工作经验
- 1年及以上医药产品推广经验
- 具备基本的英文听说读写能力
- 熟练使用 office 软件 , 会使用网络浏览器浏览网页
- 按照公司要求承担相应的出差任务
- RDPAC 证书
