Job Description

Medical Sales Representative responsible for building and strengthening relationships with healthcare professionals. Supporting facilities with their medication and surgical supply needs while driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Make a minimum of 75 outbound calls daily
  • Manage and track activities through our CRM systems (Acumatica/HubSpot)
  • Prospect through both cold and warm calling to generate new business
  • Nurture existing accounts and re-engage past customers
  • Create new customer accounts and expand facility partnerships
  • Meet and exceed key performance and work ethic goals
  • Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless support
  • Assist in other departments, such as the warehouse, cleaning tasks, or taking calls for other employees when on site

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable with new software and systems
  • Self-motivated with a drive to exceed expectations
  • Team-oriented, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers
