Job Description
Merchant Operations Manager coordinating processes and platform migration for e-Commerce at InterSport. Engaging with stakeholders to optimize services and improve merchant satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- You are the central liaison between our merchants, the product teams, and the commerce platform intersport.de.
- Your mission is to sustainably increase merchant satisfaction through excellent processes and a seamless platform migration (INTERSPORT ONE).
- You coordinate the migration of existing applications into the new commerce platform logic (focus on verticals such as Discover, Decide, Buy, and Fulfill).
- You act as a business partner to the product teams to prioritize and implement new merchant-centered features.
- You are responsible for the continuous optimization of all merchant-related services and processes.
- You define and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and establish meaningful reporting of ticket KPIs to identify optimization opportunities.
- You facilitate merchant workshops and conduct interviews to bring practical requirements directly into platform development.
- You ensure structured communication toward merchants and coordinate the rollout of new features.
Requirements:
- Solid expertise in process management, project coordination, and working with agile product teams in an e-commerce or platform environment.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate support data and translate operational metrics into strategic improvements.
- High empathy and strong communication skills when engaging with various stakeholders (merchants, tech teams, management).
- Independent working style with enthusiasm for the continued development of digital platforms.
- Fluent in German and at least B2 level in English.
