Job Description
Merchant Services Sales Manager at Wells Fargo responsible for managing a sales team. Focused on developing merchant service sales and fostering new client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop Merchant Services Sales team to achieve all targets and engage stakeholders and internal partners associated
- Supervise in transactional tasks and processes to ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development in complex functions
- Make decisions and resolve issues related to team supervision, work allocation, and daily operations under direction of management
- Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers, as well as interact directly with external customer
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Merchant Services Sales
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Merchant Services Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of leadership experience
