Job Description
Cloud Infrastructure Analyst ensuring availability and scalability in cloud environments for a technology company in logistics. Requires expertise in Linux, cloud solutions, automation tools, and Kubernetes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or OCI), ensuring availability, performance, and scalability.
- Manage infrastructure resources such as servers, storage, networking, DNS, load balancers, containers, and Kubernetes.
- Create, version, and maintain infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) — Terraform, Ansible, or equivalents.
- Develop, evolve, and support CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, ArgoCD), automating deployments and operational routines.
- Respond to critical incidents, performing end-to-end troubleshooting and collaborating with engineering, observability, and security teams.
- Support the definition of monitoring, metrics, and logging (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, Graylog).
- Create dashboards, alerts, and SLOs/SLIs focused on service health and reliability.
- Maintain and evolve Kubernetes clusters (AKS/EKS/GKE): deployments, configs, secrets, security policies, and component upgrades.
- Participate in on-call rotations to perform change implementations (GMUDs), extraordinary actions, and incident response.
- Work closely with developers, SREs, and InfraOps teams to promote automation, standardization, and reduction of toil.
- Contribute to cloud governance and basic FinOps practices, monitoring costs and recommending optimizations.
- Document processes, create playbooks, and support continuous operational improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience administering Linux and/or Windows servers.
- Knowledge of cloud storage solutions (blobs, buckets, file systems, snapshots, etc.).
- Experience with automation and configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, and scripting).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
- Advanced troubleshooting skills, especially in distributed and critical environments.
- Experience with containers and Kubernetes orchestration (AKS, EKS, GKE).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and practices.
