Job Description
Business Improvement Analyst optimizing performance and efficiency across Field Development departments at RB Global. Analyzing data and leading initiatives for continuous improvement in operations.
Responsibilities:
- Improve performance, efficiency, and scalability across Field Development departments
- Analyze and diagnose complex issues
- Support the Senior Director in process improvements
- Design and manage structured data streams and dashboards
- Lead initiatives translating insights into operational improvements
- Work independently under limited supervision, closely with department leaders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
- Lean / Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Experience in process mapping, data modeling, and dashboard design required
- Minimum 4-6 years of related experience
