Job Description
Content Analyst for SaaS solutions in legal tech, creating marketing content and supporting sales. Collaborating with marketing and product teams to enhance engagement and conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, create and review content for email marketing campaigns with a commercial focus
- Develop conversion-oriented copy to generate leads and provide direct support to the sales team
- Produce copy for different stages of the customer journey (relationship, nurturing and offers)
- Work closely with marketing, product and performance teams
- Ensure consistency of tone of voice, clarity and alignment with brand positioning
- Analyze campaign results (open rates, clicks and conversions) and propose continuous improvements
- Use artificial intelligence tools to support content production and optimization
- Support content production for other channels (blog, landing pages, communications) when needed
- Maintain a digital mindset, show curiosity about new technologies and be interested in how artificial intelligence can transform processes, experiences and results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising/Publicity or Marketing
- Previous experience as a Content Analyst
- Experience with commercial emails and sales- or performance-oriented communications
- Excellent writing skills, strong command of Portuguese and sound editorial judgment
- Ability to work with deadlines, a high volume of tasks and multiple projects
- Analytical mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement
- **Differential:**
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and demand management platforms (e.g., Runrun.it)
- Knowledge of or interest in artificial intelligence technologies, including tools and applications for content production
- Experience in B2B marketing, preferably with products or solutions aimed at the legal market
