Job Description
Financial Analyst managing accounts payable and receivable in a pioneering consulting firm. Driving financial reports, conducting cash flow predictions, and enhancing process optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Complete management of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring organization and predictability of cash flow;
- Bank reconciliation, payment processing, and expense control;
- Monitoring client receivables (courses, immersions, consulting) and executing the collections workflow;
- Preparation of financial management reports to support leadership decision-making;
- Contributing ideas and improvements to optimize financial processes.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in finance, preferably at mid-sized companies or startups;
- Technical expertise: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, and Cash Flow Forecasting;
- Tools: Advanced Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Conta Azul, Asaas);
- Advantage: Participation in the implementation of a financial system.
