Job Description
Technical Support Analyst focused on night shift service stabilisation for key clients. Involves troubleshooting complex network and VOIP incidents in critical environments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for strategic clients during night on-call shifts
- Perform incident handling, monitoring and resolution within SLA
- Execute advanced diagnostics in Linux environments, networking and VoIP
- Identify root causes and apply permanent solutions to reduce recurrence
- Reproduce scenarios in a lab environment for technical troubleshooting
- Install, configure and maintain environments and services related to operations
- Conduct technical tests and validations after fixes or changes
- Document incidents, solutions and procedures in the knowledge base
- Support technical projects and continuous operational improvements
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients throughout the service lifecycle
Requirements:
- Technical diploma or university degree (in progress or completed) in IT, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related fields
- Experience in technical support with focus on networking and/or VoIP
- Experience with Linux and TCP/IP networks (LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP, HTTP)
- Knowledge of VoIP telephony (SIP protocol, E1, PBX, Call Center)
- Knowledge of databases for queries and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Shell Script, Lua or similar scripting languages
- Experience with network monitoring
- Ability to work autonomously in critical environments
