Job Description

Monday.com Solutions Architect role at Coconut connecting clients with top-tier remote talent. Responsibilities include designing solutions, client communication, and documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • At Coconut, we connect founders and businesses with top-tier remote talent while prioritizing meaningful, reliable partnerships.
  • The role involves designing and implementing monday.com solutions for clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Lead client calls, translate business needs into monday.com functionalities, and document changes and improvements clearly.

Requirements:

  • Experience Needed:
  • Communicate directly with clients via email, Google Meet, and Loom updates
  • Lead and participate in client calls with confidence and clarity
  • Translate business processes into effective monday.com boards, automations, and dashboards
  • Continuously improve existing systems as client needs evolve
  • Troubleshoot issues calmly and professionally
  • Address client questions and concerns with confidence and ownership
  • Create Loom videos to explain changes, decisions, and system logic
  • Document work clearly and consistently
  • Collaborate closely with internal teammates and implementation leads
  • Good to have:
  • Experience implementing or supporting tools like HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar CRMs
  • Background in operations, process improvement, or systems design
  • Familiarity with automations, integrations, or light development work
  • Non-negotiable Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to understand, manage, and optimize complex systems over time
  • Strong problem solving skills with consistent use of logic and pattern recognition
  • High standard for organization, accuracy, and well structured workflows
  • Clear ability to explain processes and systems in a way that builds confidence in others
  • Proven mindset of continuous learning with measurable improvement over time
  • Strong strategic thinking skills and comfort working within systems driven environments
  • Industry/Tools Experience:
