Job Description
Solution Engineer designing customized software solutions for clients at CIAL Dun & Bradstreet. Collaborating with sales and support teams for effective implementation and guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and installing customized software solutions for the customer needs , goals , and technical requirements for the implementation
- Create implementation plans based on gathered requirements
- Lead the implementation process by configuring , installing and integrating the company`s products or services
- Providing post- installation follow-ups, and technical guidance and support during the implementation phase , troubleshooting issues to align with their business process .
- Act as a liaison between the client , sales team , product development , and support teams , ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the implementation process .
- Conduct training sessions for client stakeholders on how to use and maintain the implemented solution .
- Create documentation , manuals , and guides to assist clients in understanding and using the product effectively .
- Testing the performance of the installed system, fixing bugs, and quality checks to ensure that the implemented solution meets client`s expectations and complies with the predefined standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree , preferably in computer science , engineering or software engineering .
- Fluency in English
- Previous work experience on related areas
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to create big- picture software solutions .
- Ability to present ideas in a clean, user-friendly way .
- Problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail .
