Job Description
Multimedia Producer creating product animations, UI motion graphics, and social videos for CoLab’s engineering collaboration platform. Translating complex workflows into polished, brand-aligned visual stories.
Responsibilities:
- Turn finalized storyboards and scripts into polished, engaging video assets
- Collaborate with the CMO, product marketing, and design to review, challenge, and refine storyboards
- Design and animate product marketing videos showcasing CoLab’s capabilities
- Create high-volume, short-form demand-generation and social videos
- Animate or enhance product workflows using motion design to direct viewer focus and improve comprehension
- Curate audio, voiceover, and visual assets aligned with CoLab’s brand and tone
- Manage projects from storyboard handoff through final delivery on a fast, iterative schedule with minimal oversight
- Produce product marketing animations, demand-generation/social videos, and brand-centric videos
- Publish one animated product marketing video monthly and at least three short-form clips per quarter initially, scaling to two animations monthly and eventually one per week
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a motion design, animation, or multimedia production role, ideally in a B2B tech or SaaS environment
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, primarily After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
- Familiarity with Figma, Blender, and screen-recording software
- Compelling motion design and video editing portfolio demonstrating product explainers, UI animations, and polished brand-focused content
- Ability to translate technical workflows into digestible, visually compelling animated formats
- Strong knowledge of brand design and ability to work within strict brand guidelines and established design systems
- Understanding of audio, including music, voiceover, and sound design
- Bonus: experience with 3D animation, Lottie, or engineering-related software
