Job Description

National Business Director managing field sales and operations for oncology products at EVERSANA. Leading a team to execute strategies pre-launch for targeted therapy in lung cancer.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a field-based sales team
  • Manage operations related to sales force

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum 7+ years of Regional Management experience of an oncology sales team
  • Strong understanding of oncology products
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts
  • Existing relationships with oncologists and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing market dynamics
