Job Description

National Health, Safety & Environmental Manager at JLL managing environmental practices and safety audits for projects. Driving safety culture and compliance across engineering services.

Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the National Director of Health, Safety & The Environment
  • Ensure sound environmental practices like waste management
  • Drive improvements in safety, health, and environmental issues
  • Conduct site safety audits and ensure compliance with legislation and standards
  • Collaborate with teams to drive safety and environmental initiatives

Requirements:

  • Member of IOSH or equivalent (working to Chartered)
  • NEBOSH – General or Construction certification or equivalent
  • IEMA qualifications in Environmental management
  • Engineering/project background
  • Accident/Incident investigation trained (root cause analysis)
  • Good knowledge and understanding of key H&S legislation, particularly CDM
  • Clean driving license
  • Internal Auditing of ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001
