Job Description

Pfizer neuroscience sales specialist promoting migraine therapies to healthcare providers. Driving territory sales through compliant, in-person and virtual customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales in the assigned territory
  • Engage with customers face to face and virtually
  • Develop and implement business and territory call plans
  • Identify and implement live and virtual customer engagement strategies
  • Build rapport and relationships with customers in live and virtual environments
  • Use digital tools to maintain effective customer engagement
  • Leverage internal reports and analytics to identify, develop, and implement strategic business opportunities
  • Educate providers on unbranded and branded product value propositions for relevant patient populations
  • Utilize approved disease-state information and patient resources compliantly
  • Collaborate across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance Pfizer objectives
  • Complete administrative expectations on time and compliantly

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in professional sales or promotional activity, small business ownership or other entrepreneurial experience, marketing, customer service and/or account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles, educator roles, or full-time military experience
  • Alternative qualification: associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience
  • Alternative qualification: high school diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory
  • Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards
  • Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify hiring
  • At least 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales and/or medical-related marketing experience preferred
  • Strong track record of sales or marketing success preferred
  • Strong territory management skills preferred
  • Outstanding communication skills, demonstrated teamwork, leadership ability, and accountability preferred
  • Experience with applicable disease states, therapeutic area, and products preferred
  • Knowledge of posted territory customers and markets preferred
  • Reside within the territory boundaries preferred
  • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
  • This position requires permanent work authorization in the United States
  • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
