Job Description
New Business Manager identifying and acquiring B2B clients in technology and data. Responsible for driving growth in the Business Unit while working closely with Marketing and Sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Active acquisition of new B2B clients (outbound via phone, LinkedIn, e-mail)
- Qualify, develop and close new-business opportunities for complex digital services
- Close collaboration with Marketing to develop and leverage campaigns, sales assets and lead formats
- Work closely with our Account Managers to:
- introduce new sales initiatives within existing customers
- systematically identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Manage your pipeline in the CRM, including forecasts, KPIs and close rates
- Responsible for inquiries, pitches, proposals and contract signings
- Actively contribute to shaping sales approaches, processes and go-to-market strategies
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in B2B new-business sales (agency, IT, SaaS, platforms, or similar)
- Proven track record closing complex, consultative services
- Hunter mentality: drive, ownership and strong closing skills
- Understanding of marketing-driven lead generation and campaigns
- Structured working style and enthusiasm for CRM-based sales management
- Confident presence at decision-maker level
- Desire for responsibility, performance and professional development
- You don’t need to be a technical expert — but you should be curious enough to present our solutions convincingly.
