Job Description

OCM Manager helping Unisys transform enterprise work through AI fluency, adoption, and governance. Building learning programs, operating models, and measurable AI-enabled change.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and deploy a global approach by mapping current work end-to-end and identifying AI integration opportunities across internal operations, client delivery, pre-sales, and product
  • Collaboratively define adoption and governance operating models, including sponsorship, measurement, feedback loops, and guardrails
  • Oversee scalable, model-agnostic AI fluency learning experiences focused on delegation, discernment, and diligence
  • Oversee creation and curation of practical AI upskilling resources for use in the flow of work
  • Shape custom Organizational Change Management and training strategies for Unisys presales and long-term client adoption
  • Develop both long-term organizational work strategies and immediate workflow-level interventions
  • Define changed-practice measures and connect adoption to business outcomes and employee work lives
  • Track evolving AI capabilities, tools, and norms and update curriculum and guardrails
  • Provide change management support across initiatives, projects, and organizational segments
  • Drive stakeholder understanding of change implications associated with outcomes and deliverables
  • Develop and implement strategies that help stakeholders thrive in continuous change
  • Incorporate change enablement into technology implementations and steady-state operations
  • Help define and measure success metrics, monitor progress, and evaluate business outcomes

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree and 6–8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, or equivalent OCM certification preferred
  • Experience originating a team or function that did not exist before
  • Experience deploying AI-forward initiatives driving transformation across an enterprise organization
  • Experience building learning or enablement programs from scratch at organizational scale that successfully changed behavior
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional teams across varied functions and disciplines
  • Data-driven mindset and analytical rigor to define success and translate outcome data into actionable insights
  • Comfort with ambiguity and adapting to changing AI landscape and business needs
  • Strong background in instructional design, adult learning theory, change management, or organizational psychology desirable
  • Proven track record of uncovering creative solutions to complex challenges desirable
  • Applicant should be eligible for any required U.S. Government authorizations related to export-controlled commodities and technology
