Job Description
AI Automation Expert building Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate solutions. Delivering workshops and practical AI automation for mid-sized businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Technical implementation in the Microsoft 365 environment
- Design and implementation of automations with Power Automate
- Development of productive Copilot use cases
- Development of internal assistants with Copilot Studio
- Integration of SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and other M365 components
- Troubleshooting Copilot and automation setups
- Documentation and standardization of solutions
- Supporting—and, over time, independently delivering—prompting workshops, Copilot training sessions, and practical demonstrations for executives
- Responding to technical questions
- Translating complex technical topics into clear, accessible language
- Preparing for and following up on customer meetings
- Structuring use cases
- Contributing to solution architecture discussions
- Developing best practices and internal standards
- Implementing Microsoft Copilot for mid-sized businesses
- Automating sales, HR, and proposal processes
- Developing internal knowledge copilots
- Structuring AI governance in the M365 environment
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Experience with Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Power Automate
- Strong understanding of technical processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident and professional client-facing presence
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Structured, self-directed approach to work
- Open to feedback
- Nice to have: Consulting experience
- Nice to have: Knowledge of M365 governance
- Nice to have: Initial experience facilitating workshops
