Job Description
Odoo Project Leader configuring ERP solutions and leading implementations for Miratech’s internal finance and operations. Driving automation, testing, training, and stakeholder adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze client requirements and map them to Odoo functionalities
- Provide functionality presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept sessions
- Configure and customize Odoo modules to align with business processes
- Collaborate with technical teams on custom development and troubleshooting
- Conduct functional testing and user acceptance testing with clients
- Provide end-user training and documentation
- Manage the full implementation lifecycle
- Ensure timely project delivery, client satisfaction, and successful solution deployment
- Prepare cost estimates, project timelines, and technical feasibility assessments
- Perform other duties consistent with the role
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an Odoo Project Leader or similar role
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration
- Ukrainian & English full working proficiency
- Strong understanding of Odoo modules, including Sales, Accounting, HR
- Odoo certification and/or Project management is a plus
