Job Description
Oncology Sales Specialist handling sales performance and promoting products in oncology for Novartis Pharmaceuticals. Collaborating cross-functionally to achieve goals and optimize execution across territories.
Responsibilities:
- Handle delivering sales performance and promoting product(s)
- Collaborate cross functionally in each geography as ONE team
- Develop and execute a call-plan to achieve goals and improve access
- Comfort in using sales data reporting tools to understand trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required from 4-year college or university.
- 2+ years’ experience in specialty pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries
- Self-starter with analytic abilities
- Strong ability to collaborate, work cross-functionally
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel 60-80% over a broad geography is required
