Job Description

Online Marketing Manager responsible for E-Commerce strategies and multi-channel campaigns at RIK JAMES Media GmbH. Collaborating with teams to enhance customer journeys and optimize shop performance.

Responsibilities:

  • You are a marketing generalist with an e‑commerce focus — you manage campaigns across multiple channels and ensure everything works together seamlessly.
  • Cross-channel strategy: You develop marketing strategies that connect SEO, paid social, email marketing and on‑site optimization.
  • Campaign management: You plan, run and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google and other platforms.
  • Content & SEO: You understand how to build organic traffic and work with our content team on execution.
  • Email marketing: You develop automated flows and newsletter strategies that strengthen customer retention and drive revenue.
  • Analysis & optimization: You track the performance of all initiatives, identify optimization opportunities and know how a good online shop should be structured — from product pages to checkout.

Requirements:

  • Broad online marketing knowledge with an e‑commerce focus.
  • Experience with at least 2–3 of the following channels: SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, CRO.
  • Ability to read data and derive strategies from it.
  • Strong writing skills: you produce effective copy for ads, emails and landing pages.
  • Self-driven: you don’t need micromanagement and work best with trust and autonomy.
  • Fluent in German.
