Job Description
Operations Analyst supporting educational consultants and managing operational workflows in the Philippines. Involves data analysis and process improvement throughout the admissions season.
Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Process Improvement
- Systems Design: Identify and create systems that allow the Student Managers and Editors to focus on core tasks and responsibilities that produce client work and service
- Operational Reliability: Uphold established processes and standards meticulously while also identifying areas to improve and innovating solutions
- Bottleneck Analysis: Generate insight and analyze the workflow to identify stages where tasks stall by investigating root causes of delays to provide data-backed recommendations to leadership
- Process Engineering: Map end-to-end operational processes to eliminate redundancies and increase efficiency by leveraging automations and integrations throughout Monday.com, Slack, and Google Workspace to streamline production
- Project & Systems Management
- Timeline Tracking: Uphold and enforce turnaround times to ensure consistent execution of deliverables across the division
- Task Tracking: Coordinate and monitor progress among action items, ensuring clear ownership and consistent follow-through across the division
- Data Integrity: Manage and audit internal databases within Google Workspace and Monday.com to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Workflow Optimization: Proactively monitor high-volume workflows during the peak admissions season (August–December) to ensure all fixed deadlines are met
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Stakeholder Communication: Relay technical updates and operational decisions clearly and professionally to align the division around shared priorities
- Collaborative Execution: Support management and leadership with ad hoc administrative tasks that align the division around shared priorities and timelines
- Internal Training: Create and conduct training modules for both new and existing members to align protocols and standards throughout the division
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from any Top University in the Philippines
- Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering
- Prior experience in project management, management engineering, data analysis, and logistical operations
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Monday.com
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and lexicon
- Experience in education consulting or college admissions is preferred but not required
- Experience working PST hours is preferred but not required
