Job Description
Associate Operations Specialist conducting background checks and case analysis for First Advantage, an HR technology and screening provider. Supporting clients and candidates while ensuring accurate, compliant processing.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate background checks through third-party services and internal systems
- Communicate with companies, educational institutions, and professional bodies across the EMEA region by email and telephone
- Process check results according to client requirements
- Collaborate with clients and candidates to resolve process-related issues
- Conduct analysis of candidates’ backgrounds
- Review case files for high-quality, accurate, and efficient service
- Respond promptly to incoming emails, calls, and requests
- Obtain feedback to maintain quality control
- Work in a multicultural, team-oriented, performance-driven environment
- Complete mandatory technical and on-the-job training, including GDPR and privacy training
- Comply with policies, procedures, data protection, and privacy legislation
- Demonstrate company values and foster a positive culture
- Undertake other relevant team duties
Requirements:
- Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail and quality
- Ability to adhere to process delivery, data compliance, and eligibility rules
- Ability to prioritize conflicting tasks and manage time according to team priorities and business requirements
- PC literacy, including full use of Microsoft Office products
- Flexible and adaptable
- Initiative to identify and resolve customer challenges
- Desire to learn, grow, and embrace change in a technologically advanced environment
- Ability to support others and work effectively independently and as a team member
- Personal values that complement the organisation’s culture
- Action-oriented, self-motivated, and aware of the need for urgency
- Fluent in English and German
